FIAC Piston compressors medical applications from 0.75 HP to 4 HP

The series of FIAC silent piston compressors of 0.75 to 7.5 HP are the outcome of recent technological research and design. The Compact, Whisper, SCS and SSA model features a special soundproofing system made up of a metal soundproof panel, painted with epoxy paint, which guarantees remarkably low noise levels plus the total elimination of vibrations (acoustic pressure < 70 dB). The SSA series of 3 to 7.5 HP represents the most advanced technology seen in piston compressors for more demanding industrial users. The modular structure that makes this line of products stand out against others means that you can choose from different versions: compressor on the ground, compressor on tank of 270 or 500 litres and compressor on tank with built-in drier with refrigeration cycle. The main technical characteristics are as follows:
Electro-mechanical synoptic control panel with start button, emergency button, hour meter and indicators
Automatic control of the oil level; when the oil level is low, the machine stops and the
relative alarm is displayed
Automatic control of the electric input of the motor with consequent machine stoppage and
display of the alarm tripped
Supplementary ventilation system, controlled remotely by means of a thermostatic probe
Electric cabinet and electric motor with protection rating IP55
Shock-absorbing system with 4 attachment points
Cooling radiator.
Freon drier with standard electronic panel for controlling and maintaining the dew point, timed
condensate discharge and display of the operating status.
