Jenny Products, Inc. introduces four models of fire sprinkler air compressors. Each model consists of a compressor and regenerative dryer for use in dry-pipe sprinkler systems typically found in cold storage areas, such as freezers, refrigerated rooms and other areas subject to freezing temperatures.

Each compressor is capable of delivering moisture-free air. Depending on the model, thecompressors are powered by a 1-, 2-, 3- or 5-horsepower electric motor, and they can pump between 200 and 1,125 gallons to 40 psi in less than 30 minutes when the protected area is above 5 degrees Fahrenheit. The 1- and 2-horsepower units can be operated on a 115-volt single-phase electrical source, while the 3- and 5-horsepower compressors require at least a 230-volt single-phase source.

To dry the compressed air, each unit includes a twin-tower regenerative desiccant dryer with an easily accessible electrical control panel. Furthermore, a separator/filter, two pre-filters and an after-filter are used to help prevent desiccant contamination and subsequent problems. The units come completely assembled, wired and tested to help ensure trouble-free installation.

Standard features include an air-cooled aftercooler, bulk water filter, particulate filter, oil condensate filter, magnetic starter and tank levelers/isolators. A pump intake manifold is optional for remotely locating intake filters when drawing air from a freezer is required.

With roots dating back to the 1870s, Jenny Products, Inc. has been an OEM manufacturer for several major manufacturers of air compressors. Today, Jenny manufactures and markets its own line of hand-carry, wheeled-portable and industrial-stationary air compressors.
